Examples

Ice Cream Factory
The design and installation throughout the new industrial/commercial premises. Works included small power and lighting to the offices, WC and Mess area. Small power and lighting to the factory floor. Power supplies to the manufacturing plant, fridges, freezers and air conditioning units. The manufacturing plant is supplied from bus-bar trunking, which provides an adaptable system enabling additional machines to be added with easy. In addition to the above Butler and King designed, installed and commissioned the fire alarm, emergency light and data/telephone system.
St Swithun’s House
Refurbishment of an existing office building. Consisting of the design and installation of new lighting, distribution boards, Air conditioning supplies, lift supply, skirting trunking and general alteration and additions to the electrical installation.
Midhants Railway
Partial rewire of the electrical installation to the boiler and coach workshops. The coach workshop was a new building. Works consisted of installing a new high level lighting trunking at roof level incorporating high bay light fittings to provide general lighting. Installation of low level fluorescent fittings to provide task lighting. The installation of 400, 230, 110 volt sockets throughout the workshops. Installation of new distribution equipment and sub-mains. Installation of a fire alarm system.
The Old Rectory
Kitchen extension to a Grade II* listed building. Included the installation of a Clipsal intelligent lighting system, garden lighting, small power and Sonos multi room music system.
Old Alresford House
Full rewire/refurbishment to a Grade II* listed building. Included the installation of a Clipsal intelligent lighting system, AV wiring, general power, mechanical control wiring and distribution and sub main equipment. More recent work include the design and installation of the supplies to provide provision for future lighting and CCTV systems.
Little Armsworth
The entire electrical installation to a new dwelling. Included the installation of a Clipsal lighting system, AV wiring and general power and lighting.
Monkwood Croft
The entire electrical installation to a new dwelling. Included the installation of general power and lighting, AV wiring, and data/telephone wiring.
